We operate on a no-win, no-fee basis: our 30% success fee is charged only when we recover money for you.
What we do
When tickets go wrong — never delivered, invalid at the gate, wrong seats, or a cancelled event with no refund — buyers often face a frustrating dispute process. TickHelp handles the correspondence, escalation, and follow-up with the marketplace so you don't have to.

Frequent ticket buyers can join TickHelp Plus for $300/year and pay 0% success fee on covered claims instead of the standard 30%. Plus covers tickets purchased on or after the membership start date, up to 5 covered claims per membership year.
