TickHelp fees: no win, no fee
TickHelp's standard service costs nothing upfront and nothing at all unless we actually recover money for you. If we do, our success fee is charged only after your money is recovered — never before.
How the fee works
- Success fee charged only after your money is recovered — never billed upfront
- Standard fee is 30% of the total recovery
- Applies to the combined total: refund plus any compensation
- If we recover nothing, you owe nothing
- You keep 70% of the total recovery
A worked example
Suppose a marketplace refunds $400 and adds $100 in compensation — a $500 total recovery.
- Total recovery: $500
- TickHelp fee (30%): $150
- You receive: $350
When is the fee charged?
The fee is charged to the payment card you saved on file when you accepted the fee agreement. It is charged after TickHelp confirms a recovery from the marketplace — not before. You will receive advance notice of the charge amount before it is applied.
TickHelp Plus: 0% success fee
TickHelp Plus members pay $300/year and 0% success fee on covered claims — claims for tickets purchased on or after the membership start date, up to 5 covered claims per membership year. TickHelp Plus is designed for frequent ticket buyers who want fee-free claim pursuit. Learn more at /plus.
