How TickHelp works
TickHelp reviews your claim, contacts the marketplace on your behalf, and charges a 30% success fee only after money is actually recovered. Here is the process from start to finish.
Who is eligible?
TickHelp can help if:
- Your order was placed on a supported secondary marketplace
- Your total order value meets our current minimum
- Your issue is a genuine delivery, validity, cancellation, or refund problem
- The claim has not already been settled or waived
We review every claim and may decline cases we do not believe we can help with. Eligibility and your claim score are assessments, not guarantees.
What we need from you
To pursue your claim effectively, we ask for:
- Your contact information, including a phone number
- The email the order was placed under (your purchase email)
- An order number for every order in your claim
- Details of the event, seats, and amounts, plus any evidence you can upload
Our process, step by step
- Submit your claim — answer a few questions about your order and the issue
- Eligibility review — we assess your claim and generate a claim score with an estimated recovery range for eligible cases
- Agreement — if eligible, you review and accept our no-win, no-fee service agreement and securely save a card on file. You are not charged at this step
- Active pursuit — we contact the marketplace, send formal demand letters, and escalate through consumer protection channels as needed
- Recovery — when money is recovered, we notify you and charge the 30% success fee to your saved card. You keep 70% of the total recovery
The fee
TickHelp charges a 30% success fee on the total recovery — the combined total of any refund and any compensation. The fee is charged to your saved card after recovery, never before. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing.
