TickHelp Plus is an annual membership for frequent ticket buyers. Members pay $300/year and 0% success fee on covered claims — instead of the standard 30% fee. If something goes wrong with your tickets, TickHelp pursues the claim at no additional cost.
What Plus includes
- 0% success fee on covered claims — you keep 100% of what we recover
- Up to 5 covered claims per membership year
- Covers tickets purchased on or after your membership start date
- $300/year, billed annually via Stripe
- Cancel at any time — benefits continue until the end of the paid period
How the waiver works
The 0% fee waiver applies to tickets you purchased on or after your membership start date. Claims for tickets purchased before joining are subject to the standard 30% fee. The waiver covers up to 5 claims per 12-month membership period.
Who Plus is for
TickHelp Plus is most valuable for buyers who regularly purchase from secondary ticket marketplaces and want fee-free claim pursuit. If you have experienced multiple ticket problems in a year, the $300 membership often pays for itself on a single successful claim.
California auto-renewal disclosure
Your Plus membership will automatically renew at $300/year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — benefits continue until then.
