Terms of Service

TickHelp LLC operates a consumer advocacy service that helps ticket buyers pursue refunds and compensation from secondary ticket marketplaces. By submitting a claim or accepting a service agreement, you agree to these terms.

No win, no fee

TickHelp's service is offered on a no-win, no-fee basis. Our success fee is 30% of the total amount recovered — the refund and any compensation combined. You pay nothing upfront. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing. The success fee is charged to the card you save on file after recovery, with at least 7 days advance written notice of the amount and charge date.

What our service is

When you engage us for an eligible claim, we may:

  • Review your order and the issue against the marketplace's published policies
  • Contact the marketplace and manage communication about your dispute
  • Present your evidence and request a refund, replacement, or compensation
  • Escalate through consumer protection channels when appropriate

Eligibility and assessment

We assess each claim before accepting it. Our claim score and any estimated recovery range are predictive indicators, not guarantees. We may decline any claim and may stop work if new information changes our assessment.

Your authorization

By engaging TickHelp, you confirm you are the buyer who placed the order (or authorized to act for the buyer), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you authorize TickHelp to communicate with the marketplace regarding your claim.

Not a law firm

TickHelp is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. With your authorization, we contact the marketplace and pursue your claim through their own customer service and dispute channels.

TickHelp Plus terms

TickHelp Plus is an annual membership at $300/year with a 0% success fee on covered claims (tickets purchased on or after the membership start date, up to 5 covered claims per membership year). Plus automatically renews annually. You may cancel at any time; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
